Product Details, Inventory, and Pricing

In our continuous effort to provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products (such as product availability, prices, product specifications, illustrative images, and technical characteristics), we may encounter some typographical errors.

We strive to accurately display product colors on the online store, but what you see in terms of colors depends mainly on your screen settings, which are beyond our control. We cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your screen will match the actual product colors. Some natural products may have slight color and shape variations compared to the image shown on the online store, such as natural stones.

The publication of product details (including but not limited to: marketing materials, advertisements, and commercial offers) on the online store and our company's social media platforms does not guarantee the availability of products or offers at all times or the same prices.

Errors may occur during the process of providing the product and detailed information about prices on the online store. The online store cannot provide individual product prices or know the total cost of the product or service until you complete your online order. If a product or service is ordered and invoiced, and the price is incorrect or the information is incorrect due to an error in registering the correct price or product/service information, the online store reserves the right to either contact you to explain this error and how to handle it or cancel your order and notify you of this cancellation even if your order has been accepted and followed up electronically.

Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup

We aim to serve you in a way that meets your expectations in providing this service, so we hope you provide us with a clear address to ensure fast delivery. The address must include the building or villa number or apartment number, street name, city, phone number, and the name of the person concerned as per the attached form before placing your order. You must carefully check the product specifications and agree to comply with the terms of sale mentioned above.

If our company fails to deliver the order to you (including but not limited to providing an incorrect address or an incorrect name or phone number or the difficulty or complexity of reaching the address), the customer is required to pick up the order from our company’s premises. If the customer does not pick up the order, the order is considered canceled, and the customer bears the full shipping costs.

Payment

The online store offers the option to purchase products online and pay the required amount through the internet according to the shipping and delivery service available in the State of Kuwait. All cash transfers and payments, including licenses and financial dues, must be in Kuwaiti Dinar.

If you pay online, you will receive a notification on the screen immediately upon acceptance of the payment. We bear no responsibility if the payment process is refused or canceled by the credit card provider for any reason. In this case, you must check with the bank that provides the credit card service for the reason for the refusal.

We do not store your credit card information on the online store. All information and details you enter through the electronic payment gateway are encrypted for security purposes.

We do not provide any payment information made through the store to other companies or individual entities unless requested by an official legal entity.

You must ensure that the credit card information you use to pay for electronic services is correct and valid, and you must use a legally owned credit card. Your personal information will not be used or shared by electronic services with any third party except to verify the legality of the information and ensure it is not fraudulent or when requested by law or legal systems or a court order.

The online store's electronic payment service is not responsible in any way for credit card fraud. The customer will bear all responsibilities for using fraudulent credit cards and will be fully responsible for proving otherwise.

If we are unable to provide the order or part of it, we will notify you directly, and the full or partial amount paid via the credit card used to pay for the order will be refunded within 20 business days.

Using our online payment service for our online store is an implicit agreement to comply with these terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use this service.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel the order for any of the following reasons:

  • Refusal/ non-acceptance of payment.
  • If the delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect or if the contact information is incorrect or we cannot reach the customer.
  • The customer's delay in picking up the order paid for online and converting it to in-store pickup service.

Order Cancellation by the Customer:

To proceed with canceling the order, you must contact us first. You can cancel your order for any of the following reasons:

  • If the order has not been delivered or shipped to you. If the cancellation occurs after shipping or sending the order, a cancellation fee will be imposed, and we reserve the right to match the time the order was shipped with the time the cancellation request was sent.
  • If we cannot provide/ deliver the order within a reasonable time frame, which is (72) hours from the day the order was confirmed.
